The growing mould of mental illness is a parasite within man that is deeming his own demise. Unworthlessness/meaningless is someone else's subjective experience. Even through all my suffering, I believe we are worth saving. Civilisations fall & rise, we must destroy the old to recreate the new. This worldwide virus has certainly spend up the process; but we have the technology to thrive & survive. We peer into the incredibly fear of uncertainty; life is so fragile; we will not fall.. not this time.. [spoiler]life is precious[/spoiler]

22 답변Disagree. Every civilization....especially those in decline like we are here in the US (with respect to our global power) .....likes to believe that it is living in "end times". Because, like conspiracy theories, it has a paradoxical soothing effect on fear and anxiety. But we are in a period where Capitalism and Technology are posing an existential threat to democracy, around the world.

When did modern civilization start? Can we claim to be the same as two generations ago? The population has doubled culture and technology are almost completely different. Things that were taboo two decades ago are common place now. I think in my measly thirty years civilization changed so significantly that one could hardly call it the same.
