1 답변I think your forgetting a few key things 1: the crystal is the main reason for the resist destroy that alls good 2: it only works if players are INSIDE it Abd 3: team shooting is still a thing so not that much if an issue

Using the player base as the testers speeds up content drops and is cheaper via the budget. The “op” scenarios are part of the enticing impulse purchases and then they use the pr term “fomo” as part of the “fun”. ^all of which is pr for they are trying new ideas and saving money by skipping a few steps. This will always be the case for destiny. Per statistics, said scenarios have increased player intrigue/attachment… Unfortunately, when hard data does not lie, bungie will lean into said tactics over worrying about the forums.

7 답변There are 1 million players playing Destiny overall by Tracker stats. If every player puts in 1 hour, that’s 1 million hours of unique experience. Let’s assume Bungie’s entire workforce of 900 or so dedicates entirely to playtest instead of everything else (effectively rendering progress null, but another matter). It would take them [b]46 days of nonstop play[/b] to reach that time. Even if they test, players will always be more likely to discover bugs or evaluate something as too strong.

If they get nerfed, it should be only to the exotic trait. If they touch Stasis fragments I'm gonna be pissed because it's going to affect Warlocks and Titans too. That's the problem with these shared abilities and fragments.

Every season we have a few items that are ridiculously busted. Look at Lorentz last season. And they take forever to fix it. They do this on purpose because reasons? Also they don’t play test or have a PvP team. If they did crucible wouldn’t be in such a bad state all the time lol.

2 답변They admitted a few weeks ago that they DIDNT play test the crafting, because they didn’t have time to finish it how they wanted. Seasons put them on a time crunch and they are just throwing stuff out there unfinished saying “we will fix in during the finished product” by letting the players really play test it all.

Usually, you have some real iffy takes, but this one is true. I can pull near impossible plays out of my behind with them. These things are over the top and could stand to lose at least one of their features in PvP. I'd probably get rid of the enemy damage reduction while in the Dome in PvP, and then have a custom cooldown matching Coldsnap Me and friends have been running two of these plus Stag with Child and the amount of DR and area control is nutty

The problem is most of the people that develop and playtest this game see it only from a development standpoint rather than an actual player mindset. Yes I'm sure plenty of devs play in their free time but again if that's true idk how half of the balance changes they make and be okay with it

21 답변Like, I get millions are going to be more efficient than, what, 40, 100? In terms of spotting things. But Renewals are really egregious. Like, anyone who knows anything says the things are broken. Granted, this is the same team to leave St0mps as-is for years, and not nerf HCs... And forgot to reduce the melee range on Ophidians when Warlocks got the same speed and distance as the other subclasses... And leaves ARs in the dust... And somehow can't have a decent map rotation, or unvault good maps that got taken in place of the crap ones. Okay, the QA team misses a LOT of things.
