Not solo player friendly
You keep changing the content so solo players can’t aquire the achievements, weapons, and gear… one can only assume you don’t want us here. For a game that pushes for a friendly gaming environment and/or forums, you really aren’t solo player friendly.

I agree this expansion sucks for me. I enjoy being a solo player. But The final shape is not solo player friendly. It hell to do pvp because of adept and raid weapons. And now we got to meet players with exotic class items to. Hell no. 6000+ hours i wasted on this game. I am done.

1 답변On my main account, I've made 1560 on all 3 characters, have every exotic and catalyst, every non-raid weapon pattern, finished a (or multiple) master wellspring, story mission, and nightfall. Have the new trials weapons. Gumshoe title is done. All without speaking to another soul and just using fireteam finder with no mic or playing straight solo. I have raided, used a mic for that, but overall my point is the lack of matchmaking on most things is not necessary. I've called this game faux MMO for a while now, and I think this is one of those things they do to try to make people think it's one.

2 답변That's pretty much why I won't give these -blam!- another dime. The last DLC was so oriented around team play I hardly got anywhere in the crap I actually paid for. I won't do that again!!! How does a game screw up such brain-dead simple stuff? It's not like these morons don't have metrics on who's playing and how. I haven't even logged in since the new DLC because I don't feel like wasting my time watching the totally irrelevant story crap to explain why they screwed the game up even more.

Agreed. In my opinion, an online multiplayer game should be able to provide all it can to those who would prefer to do things by themselves. The fact that you "need" other players to do things instead of having it as an "optional preferance" shows how badly this game is designed in the first place. I mean just look at Guild Wars 1. You can complete the whole game by yourself with AI companions, and that game is an mmorpg as well. I don't want to talk about Guild Wars 2, though. It is as if they have taken a backwards route in terms of handling their solo player problems. Instead of adding AI team-mates, they just made the game f2p instead. That's lazy, again in my opinion.

51 답변They just need to add Matchmaking to more activities. Why not? If I want to try and queue up for a Grand Master Nightfall with two randos, who's that hurting? Having to use a third-party app to find groups in the year 2022 is kinda just sad. The lack of in-game social tools and real matchmaking is really holding the game back.

16 답변Agreed. Even the freaking stupid 3 person activity requires matchmaking, and don’t get me started on the 6 person activity! Lobotomy patients could do it half asleep but we need a pre-made fireteam? Ridiculous. Raids and grandmasters, fine but bungie needs to stop locking the chances of completing seasonal activities and associated triumphs from PAYING CUSTOMERS. Im 52 years old and do not want to spend my time with arrogant asses that run on about how [i]skilled[/i] they are just to run the risk of being booted before the chest.

You see I agree with this post because you look at lfg and you see how elitist pigs only want you in fireteams if you’re as sweaty as they are no one is willing to teach and most posts are about paid team making, I’m not afraid of lfg I just hate it because this game community is sort of toxic

Whilst I agree it's frustrating that a good amount is behind endgame content that requires a team. The game is marketed as a 2-16/2-6 online multiplayer/Co-op. However I dare say the majority of people are playing solo most of the time and using LFG which is a whole different mess for endgame stuff. The usual response is "make new friends or use LFG" which is laughable as that's missing the entire point. You need to understand that it is marketed as a multiplayer game and does require some teamwork in endgame activities... HOWEVER. you also need to understand that for the most part LFG is filled with elitists -blam!- -blam!- think they are gods gift and if you aren't up to snuff? You won't be doing that endgame content.

The Destiny/Destiny 2 IP had [b]never[/b] [b]ever[/b] been a solo game! The clue is in the term [i]Fireteam[/i] & the 3 guardians that make up that fireteam (And yes I know there’s the solo/flawless triumphs for the sweats to achieve, but the games foundations are built upon teamwork) If you want solo, go play Elden Ring/HorizonFW/GoW/Tetris etc

1 답변I personally don't understand, if you can come on here and complain then obviously you can communicate, so make some friends problem solved, but again not all people can make friends and always say (insert excuses here) but let's be honest here, it's a you problem.

2 답변It never was a solo player game. They only baited it as a solo playable game to let them solo players throw money at the game. It's game design attempt is supposed to be an MMO, but it's a mediocre MMO at best. It's not even a true MMO, it should only be called an MO because it's not even Massive! LMAO!!! They call it an Action MMO game but it's far from it, game should be called a Runner MO. Runner because of hamsters running everywhere in a Multiplayer Online giant hamster wheel! See, it's a Runner MO game! LMAO!!!

2 답변I'm sorry but this is a bad complaint every single time it's brought up. I get it, some people would rather play solo and that's fine because I'm one of those people, however, I realized that if I want some weapons and gear, I need to play with others. I missed out on doing most of the raids due to being stubborn and not joining a clan until a few months ago, but that's on me, I or any solo player don't really get to log into destiny and complain for missing out because we know going in what the game is and what endgame pve requires, on top of the fact it's fairly easy to get a group together or join a clan. If you're just really set on playing alone all the time, that's fine, but you're making the choice to not do some things and miss out.

1 답변Homie the lfg on the app is your friend. Try it. I use it frequently. It's fine. Who knows you might meet some friends. I met my clan from lfging deep stone crypt opening weekend. Half of them didn't buy witch queen and lost beyond light when it left game pass. So I lfg again sometimes. Sometimes it sucks but most of the time it's fine.
