I have tried absolutely everything there is over the last 3 days and to no avail, so I'm hoping to get something out of this.

Context: I have never in a billion years had a problem with destiny 2 and crashing, unless it was my own fault not testing stability when overclocking, for the past month (28th of Feb I came back to this game) I have had no problems playing at all. No hiccups no nothing. Then out of the blue 4 days ago my game started freezing 2 seconds into the loading screen.
I had not changed anything about my setup, nothing was installed, no settings were changed and no updates were made. Verified the Integrity of destiny and nothing seemed to be a amiss, so I decided to reinstall, once again, same issue. So I disabled windows defender, and manually deleted BattleEye and the d2 launcher, and voila, I thought it worked, title screen now loaded. The intense music fades and it switches from the black and white loading screen into the blue character background screen and immediately freezes again before everything else even gets a chance to think about loading in, doesn't force close itself because Windows does not think it's crashed as it still plays music just fine, so no crash file to read, I decided to make a dump file while in it's frozen state, and Windbg after some teting and after using -IA in cmd, still reads it as corrupt or not supported, I have tried using system manager to read windows application error logs but seen as though the game doesn't actually crash just freezes windows never writes a crash log. I can use other apps over top of destiny, I have tried forcing V-sync and 30fps through steams launch settings, monitored temps, everything seemed stable, i started diagnosing if it was a faulty ram stick, all ram sticks even when slotted alone produce the same problem, no matter the slot, I started monitoring my PSU and once again everything seemed stable, I even tried using a seasonic prime gx 650 from a different computer (in use) and it produced the exact same issue. As a last ditch effort I even rerouted the windows Temp file which didn't help at all or even produce a d2 folder for its crash log.
Before you ask, yes I have tried all the obvious stuff like updating or rolling back drivers, disabling overlays and even game mode which has always been on for me, everything seemed to stop working during a period of time where nothing changed, I had played d2 earlier that day with no problems, I leave and watch yt for a while, come back and dead.
Any help would be appreciated.
***FIXED*** Honestly I went to sleep and tried again this morning like I've done for the past 4 days and it just somehow worked, I wish there was a proper fix I could document for anyone having the same annoying persistent issues but now the game just casually runs perfectly.
Maybe it's because of win 11, I heard it sucks and shouldn't upgrade to it yet. Maybe your router settings need to be changed? Maybe your display size or hertz you're trying to play at? Let's just hope its not your hardware.
