"Fixing" the increased damage on Bubble melee buffs was a mistake. You take away even more utility of the super abilitiy.
This is not longer "fixing" but "making bubble intentionally worse".
Stop doing it. If I almost OHK a super/player in my bubble in PvP, then that is only fair, since Energy Weapons can now literally pop my bubble with 4 players shooting 6 mags each at it after like 12 seconds consistent fire.
