For the first time, I went through Trials as a solo player this weekend (plus the first time I’ve ever done trials in any serious capacity), and for 90% of it, it was not an enjoyable experience. However, I slogged through the poisonous swamp that is solo-queuing and managed to pull several very good rolls of the Messenger pulse rifle; But none of them were the perfect PvE roll I was looking for. Despite this, I enjoy the guns I got and I even pulled a few of the Deepsight Resonance variants, which immediately made me want a version that I could craft. Why Bungie didn’t have more weapons to craft in general is beyond me. Note: Bungie will most likely never do this, but its nice to dream.
