Outbreak/Monarque catalysts
Maybe I’m just massively unlucky or the drop rates are stupid low but I’ve done at least 42 strikes since WQ (two Xur cipher quests) plus more and haven’t had either catalyst drop. Anyone else? This is kinda ridiculous

1 답변I managed a 4th Horseman, Monarque, and Outbreak catalyst drops all last week, so they are out there. Good luck getting yours!

1 답변Just unlucky, I got Le Monarch after I think 9 strikes but not had the Outbreak. My hubby has had both drop from only a few strikes.
