Progression wih "Reshaping the Enigma" Quest is stuck on Step 6/7
I take the enigma out of my equipped slot but the bottom of the screen that directs you to reshape the weapon does not progress. It almost seems to NOT pick up that it is unequipped. What can I do the fix this issue?

I have read this thread and tried everything I am still getting the banner at the bottom and it is not letting me advance in the game. Is the bug still ongoing? P.s this is also my 3rd character so I have completed it twice before and don’t know why it isn’t working for this one since I have the intrinsic trait and enhanced (frame) intrinsic on too

Hi there! Late response, but i've had the same issue since close to the start of witch queen. You need to upgrade the glaive using an upgrade that [b][/b] [u][/u] uses ascendant alloy. [b][/b] [u][/u] If not, you're stuck! hope this helps <3

작성자: Ellis1C5 3/5/2022 7:16:32 AMI took a chance and tried again on my second character. Now I have 2 characters stuck on step 3 and I'm down ANOTHER ascendant alloy. This quest is bugged. I'm done. Let me know when it's fixed. ETA: Turns out it was actually step 7 they are stuck on. Not 3? ETA2: No, they were stuck at 3.. running it on a second character unstuck it somehow. Quest complete. Glad I'm through it but that was frustrating.

5 답변Also same problem, my quest is stuck 6/7, has the "Select 'Reshape' to upgrade the Enigma. The Enigma must be unequipped and unlocked in order to be reshaped" at the bottom of the screen. It is and does have an Enhanced Intrinsic and Enhanced Trait applied and purchased/reshaped. Not wanting to jump the gun and completely erase its expensive options and pay for them again, but thats my only option if i had to guess.

I have followed the instructions for this quest perfectly - 5 times! It still doesn’t clear the quest. My friend did his with no issues and watched me to make sure I was doing it correctly. It’s bugged and now I’ve lost all of the materials I had to grind so hard to get. The flashing reminder at the bottom just adds insult to injury. I can’t progress because I’m stuck on step 6. Bungie, please address this soon!!

2 답변The entire reshaping table and every word of terminology is -blam!- convoluted, causing me to burn 20 extra resonant alloy since I was confused about which slot I was upgrading. I thought I was upgrading the first slot 2x but using a weaker upgrade then when the tool tip persisted I thought I was putting in a better one. When it says "Enhanced Trait" the player can look at "Enhanced Intrinsic" from the 1st slot and think that's what needs to be upgraded because if you weren't to touch any middle slot traits you would never see the words "Enhanced Trait" on the talents. Luckily if you make the mistake I made you can go back and keep the Intrinsic slot and just slot in the trait only with Ascendant Alloy and not have to refarm any materials but I wasted 20 resonant alloy in the process when a simple blue arrow saying "now put this here" could've helped the confusion of using a new console.

Yeah! Same for me! Thanks haven’t got a clue what I’m supposed to be doing? I haven’t got an ‘enhanced intrinsic’ I don’t think? I have ‘enhanced traits’ but not sure what it means when asking me to insert an ‘enhanced intrinsic’. I’ve messed about a bit, inserting this and that but nothing is working and now I’ve used up all resources?! What a mess?!

2 답변also stuck on step 5 i put in the intrinsic perk bevor the quest demanded it from me. If anyone has a solution, that would be awesome

When I started to modify my glaive, I choose to change out its normal masterwork type, to increase shield duration type. However when I did that, the little square box turned completely white and nothing happened, so I selected to reset my weapon and I backed out. However, now I am stuck with the bottom of the screen saying "Insert an enhanced intrinsic" and my game is basically broken now. I can not re-equip my glaive and when I try to, my energy weapon slot turns blank. I can not access my glaive to modify it at all using the reshape function. Also, I no longer can unlock any additional artifacts from the seasonal artifact and I can not unselect the quest or select another quest to follow. Edit: Actually, yeah, the entire game is broken and I can not change out any weapon or armor or anything now. Changed my character as well and even my other characters can't make any changes to any of their weapons or armor.

5 답변I also have this issue. I was in the middle of reshaping my enigma for this step and my fireteam member started a cutscene. Now it won't progress past the same tool tip you describe
