There are two intended cross save restrictions. The first is that you cannot disable cross save if any account in your cross save set up purchased Silver in the last 90 days. Regardless, because these restrictions are intentional you will have to wait out the remaining 73 days to do whatever it is you're wanting to do with cross save.
