Why don't transversive steps activate kill clip or other reload perks?

1 답변Big difference, you can dodge as soon as you get a kill to proc kill clip. You have to sprint to reload using transversive steps and it doesn't proc the reload right away as you start sprinting. So by the time reload is proc with transversive steps you loose the ability to proc kill clip.

1 답변Maybe the activation time limit of the perk is shorter than the transversive reload time?

2 답변Because dodge is an ability with a cool down, sprinting isn't? You'd have a better argument saying tie a reload to a rift. (Which isn't a good one either)
