Not able to access all of the Destiny 2 content on all acounts on my PS5

I have purchased all of the D2 content for me and my boys on multiple platforms. When I moved to the PS5 I have run into the issue that I downloaded the Destiny 2 content. Now that I am on PC and PSN I bounce back and forth depending on my mood. Well the interesting part is that my kids account on the PS5 is not able to access all of Destiny 2 They could when playing on the PS4, but not the PS5. Then can load up the game but they cannot access the content anymore. My kid has the preorder beyond light ghost shell, and the emblems for Beyond light. But they are not able to access the content. I am not sure what to make of this. The video shows that I have the pre-purchased Embmel on this account but cannot access the content. I was on with Sony for hours and they could not help and told me to come to you. All of the settings are in place on the PlayStation. I am able to share all other content on the PlayStation. The issue is all of the Add On content for Destiny 2 that my kids cannot access. I have tried to disable and then reenable content sharing on the PlayStation. I have deleted all of the content and then redownloaded the entire game. Still nothing. I have verified with Sony that the PS5 is set up the correct way as they are able to access all of the other content. I can play it just fine on my account. Please help.
