I have a constant notification on Eternity that hasn't been cleared in weeks, I believe is tied to the anomalous access card. I had reached the reputation level with Xur on one character and taken the card but decided I wanted to finish the quest on another character. I wasn't able to get the card on the second character again on the second character from Xur and the catalyst quest wasn't shared between characters, so I deleted the card from my inventory to try and get it from Xur again, but I had already reset to the next prestige level and couldn't access it. Have completed the catalyst quest since then so I have a constant notification for a quest item that I can't access that I don't need. I realize this was a mistake of my own doing and I feel dumb about it but it's still annoying to have the notification, no idea what kind of fix there would be for this but I thought to submit it anyways.
