Expansion licenses don’t transfer from pc to PlayStation, you would have to purchase PlayStation license of beyond light to get access to that content.

Then my conclusion would be that you either A.) bought those expansions on PlayStation without realizing it as it should not be possible to migrate the pc license expansions to psn (like the mentor said) B.) This is all just some poorly fabricated scheme into conning someone at bungie into giving you BL at no additional cost. (Which is highly unlikely to work if that is your intention) Whatever of the case best of luck.
