Hey, Bungie. It's me, your boo. Back again - once again - reminding you that your lack of emote wheel is disturbing. Every season is an injection of 10+ emotes while the entire D-Pad is wasted on only using 4 At a Time.
Just a quick interjection/question;
Don't you believe the nonsensical "celebratory crouching" drama would fade away or be majorly suppressed IF players had more means of expression (beyond armor customizations)? It could ultimately come down to technical constraints pressing on psychological pathways but I'm no doctor, just an observer.

The engine is too ancient to have an emote wheel. Just ask Bungie, everything is apparently already at the engines maximum memory. They should of upgraded to a more up to date engine than just a side grade from a 1988 engine to a 1992 engine when they "upgraded" it by removing content to make the game "more stable" back in the launch of Shadowkeep.

People will ALWAYS t-bag, it’s such a classic video game expression. The time honored t-bag. We’ve all done it from time to time.

I want a hamster wheel emote and a triumph for dismantling 5k blue engrams Make it happen captain

"Baggers gonna bag!" I'll see myself out.
You make a valid point - I still had to reply with the first thing that came to mind.
After so many years of destiny, my belief is that the engine cannot handle more than 4 emotes or it would have been implemented a long time ago.

This actually seems really interesting, no going to lie controller layouts (or just me lol) would really benefit from having 3 (or 4 if you don't care about Emotes) D-Pad buttons freed up ever since custom layouts and control over the use of charged / uncharged melee was introduced. could even bring in a few more KB+M only options to the table for console / controller using stadia players.
