No response from customer service for the store

I have been trying for almost three weeks to get a response from Bungie about whether my Guardian Games jacket got shipped or not. All I get are the automated messages but the “shipping chart” they give me makes it seem like the jackets have shipped out. I reply like they tell me to but never get a response. I never got a tracking number, so I’m pretty sure my package either never got shipped or got lost. Is anyone else having this issue? I may need to dispute the charge on my card if I don’t get a reply from them soon.

  • Hi there. The Bungie Store and Bungie forums are two separate entities and we have no way of looking up your order. The store's customer service may be slow to respond due to an increased volume of inquiries. Pre-order products list an expected shipping date, which indicate an ETA of when the first shipments may go out and that customers should expect to wait up to 6 months, as well as unexpected delays due to COVID and shipping companies may occur. Any updates on your personal order will be sent to you by email. If you haven't seen any, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. Tracking numbers wouldn't be provided until the item actually ships, via the email notice you'll get of it shipping. If you want to ask about the current status on your order, only Bungie Store Customer Service can provide that information.
