Ever since we as a community have been made aware of the nerfs to orbs of power, I’ve been dabbling more with elemental wells to get charged with light. I’ve come to realize that stasis grenades work terribly with things like elemental ordnance, as the shatter damage post-freezing an enemy with any of the grenades (more often than not) does not count as a grenade kill. Not even shattering a glacier crystal for the final blow always works; it’s SUPER inconsistent. Please make shattering frozen targets from grenades actually count as grenade final blows instead of shatter final blows, as it completely negates builds otherwise.
P.S - Ever notice how trying to get grenade bounties done on stasis subclasses is nearly impossible? This would also be fixed if they did what I suggested. Please upvote and get Bungie’s attention on this one.
EDIT - For all those who are criticizing the post for requesting more damage on stasis grenades, let me be VERY clear. I do not want stasis grenades to do more damage, and I NEVER said that. I thought that I wouldn’t have to say this, but please READ my post before you comment on its contents. All I’m saying (and ever said) is that enemies that are frozen by grenades should, if they die via final blow by the subsequent shatter, count as a “grenade” kill and not a “shatter” kill (exception being glacier, as it does significant damage just by detonating a crystal and doesn’t require a freeze to be lethal; still, these detonations should count as grenade final blows). This would make grenade bounties on stasis subclasses properly progress and would make mods like elemental ordnance work more consistently. The two things I just mentioned would be the ONLY impacts, as the change would simply modify how the game perceives and labels the final blow. If you want to criticize the post, the main two vectors of attack are as follows: 1. you don’t think that generic grenade bounties should be completed on stasis with the same ease (or at all) as light subclasses, 2. you don’t think that generic elemental well mods should be build-viable on stasis. Why anyone would actively fight for stasis to not work with extremely generic bounties and starter mods is beyond me, but I’m willing to talk about it with anyone interested regardless so long that they properly comprehend what I’m actually saying. I’ll restate; I NEVER asked for increased damage, increased potency on the freeze or slow effects, or anything of that sort, so stop making strawman arguments refuting me as if I actually said any of that sh*t.

And I need 7 more to finish unlocking them. It had been a few months now since exo stranger had stopped giving the bounties. (fyi l had already completed what bounties I had 2 months ago). I was building up my pile of fragments but it had disappeared what do you recommend for me to do? How do I fix this? I have already checked the quest archive. But there nothing there. Because I completed them already

작성자: Illuminary 1/19/2022 2:22:09 PMI haven't been able to generate stasis wells with stasis grenades, but if you shatter stasis crystals with well mods on you can generate wells. Well mods are 100% viable, maybe even more viable than other subclasses on stasis than the rest simply because of the ability to use elemental shards and wells at the same time. You can run font of wisdom/might/elemental armaments/shards with Eyasluna/Agers/Zephyr and aspects that create more shards, melee/grenade energy, track to you...basically giving you constant stasis weapon damage buff, max T10 int uptime, ability regen, it's kind of silly. Waiting for more stasis weapon varieties to see how far this goes.

Stasis by itself is strong. It allows you to slot different aspects and pull plus 10 here and there at the ready. To be honest I've had this issue as well. I think the reasoning behind making the well mods initially was to help bring light sub classes up a bit with options not intended to have full capabilities on stasis sub classes. I know that sounds like a bunch of BS. But I been feeling that way for a while. I think the stasis " frozen targets" is thrown around so loosely, and has so much tied to it through the class itself and stasis armor mods that the wording is to vague. The grenades having more of an ability to freeze as in a status effect than to damage like a regular grenade. It falls in line more with titan suppression grenades. Needs to be worded more clearly as to whether or not it must be done on a-blam!- grenade or a passive skill grenade, or any at all. Just my friendly thoughts.

2 답변Use the mod that makes crystals count as stasis orbs. It works for me. That way picking up stasis orbs or crystals/shards count.

11 답변Grenade based stuff is tied to grenade damage. Breaking crystals is Shatter Damage, which is its own thing. So just stop relying on shatter to do your nade stuff.
