How “far” can the light go? Does it have limitations on the level of size of actions it can do? If so, then does the darkness have the same limitations? And most importantly can it be “destroyed”? (no im not a vex, just to clear things up)

Hard to say. There is a limit to controllable actions but we don’t know those limits. We only know…that there is a lot we don’t know. There is a certain volatility though that likely enables things that wouldn’t otherwise happen when powers collide, likely enabling things they couldn’t do alone. Unknown if the two sides are equal in potential. Typically the main factor is the user. I believe so. Paracausal power is a cosmic law, so an entity who takes it and molds their own “brand” of power out of it owns that brand but the Law remains separate. The brand can fade away, kill the entity that made it, but that raw fount will remain to be tapped by someone else. It enables other types of paracausal power with no conflicts and very generous limits to variety.

Theoretically you can absolutely wipe out the Light (or Darkness), though I imagine that'll be extremely difficult. I mean, killing the Traveler or Winnower is one thing, but removing the powers they used from existence entirely is a monumental feat that'd require a lot of God-like ability.>
