OK then you should not have received any codes at all, it should have all just been added to your account. Highlight D2, hit the menu button on your controller and go to the "manage game and add-ons" section, and make sure you have every possible thing listed there installed. The preorder items come via a file called something along the lines of "Witch Queen Deluxe Edition Preorder Pack." If that license file isn't downloaded, the items will not appear in-game. If you don't see that file listed at all, you will need to contact Xbox support to have them figure out why it isn't available.

Thanks I’ve already done that and ensured the pre ordered bonuses have been installed. I restarted and still no items anywhere. How do I get Bungie to push these items to me again / and what is there contact details?

Bungie cannot push the items to your account. Can you post screenshots or videos showing that the preorder license file is installed on your system, and that the items are not available at Rahool, or not already unlocked in your collection?

Hi there! The Cosmgraphicum Shell is unlocked, according to your screenshot, so you should be able to pull a new one from collections. The Lucidity emblem is also available on your account, according to the game API. Can you please verify as to what item you are missing?
