The current system for buying mods is a disgrace.
A new character starting now could be waiting months again for key mods like protective light all because it's on a stupid daily rotation.
Just put all the mods in a mod shop, you can't tell me one of the peasants rummaging around in the tower can't set up their own mod stall!

Bungie does not realize how un noob friendly their game is becoming because its catered to 1% of the playerbase. A mod shop would be a good idea and would add more loot but apparently this too hard.

Yeah got a friend returned to the game this week, he's done a bit to level up but I checked out his mods in collections and boy is he gonna struggle to jump in even Lake of Shadows GM with me. Real shame he can't just buy them with shards or something.

Im sick of waiting for protective light to come back in the shop i missed it on 1st December as I easnt able to get to my PC now i gotta wait like 4 months again now till it comes back in rotation, clearly need it for GMs 10 mod components for one MOD is a joke as well let alone when you have to wait for once in a blue moon for them to come along

Redistribute all the mods to activities within the game, so for example the Warmind Cell mods could drop from Fallen SABER strike or Europa activities. Charged with Light could drop from pretty much anywhere but I'd say focus them in on Vex based activities like Glassway, Inverted Spire, Override, expunge, Nessus, Europa etc. Elemental Well mods could drop from Taken and Hive activities and Stasis elemental well mods drop from Europa activities or any activity that include enemies using Stasis abilities. I think it would make the game far more interesting than checking Ada-1 every reset or a new vendor to see if they got the mods you want.

Things like Partical Deconstruction taking up 7 slots it's just ridiculous, making Well and Charged light builds a pain in the a$$ to even bother making. You're better off just doing ammo reserves and drops over trying to attempt build. Especially when some mods are a "chance" of things happening.

2 답변작성자: Corrick II 1/3/2022 2:57:16 PMBungie consistently turns to the lowest common denominators to keep people playing. Why waste time on developing a unique, catered experience that both satisfies the player and extends time in game when you can just hang a carrot on a stick and make people chase it indefinitely.

2 답변It’s been six months since it was last sold so with a bit of luck he’ll be selling more soon, But I wouldn’t bet on it.

7 답변I've played over 120 raids and some GMs without it. Unless you are attempting VoG Master while underlevelled or solo Dungeons you don't need it.

2 답변Ada should just straight up sell all of the mods available in her random rotation. None of this randomness that only serves to gatekeep new players.
-
3 답변You’re only talking about mods for build crafting. I’ve been playing for two weeks and haven’t even gotten basic targeting or reload mods yet.

I have almost all mods, but i have to agree. Its really bad on new players. Ive had friends try come back and get into the game, and whilst we can help them make viable builds for endgame, theyre still at a huge disadvantage for months at a time until they aquire a decent collection of cwl mods and what not

2 답변Mod shop should have ALL mods available for a special “mod currency” you acquire by doing in-game stuff. This way, you can decide what to prioritize what to buy and go from there. The daily rotation is definitely not great for new players. Could be waiting months or more, even a year.
