after eight long years. its time to hang the hat.
Im not leaving for any bad reason or anything, just wanna move onto larger things and close this chapter of my life. destiny got me into video games and has been with me through multiple relationships, -blam!-, middle school, and highschool. i had a lot of fun playing with the community and even if its just a bunch of zeros and ones i’ll always hold this universe close to my heart. When you guys one phase savathun be sure to add a few extra shots for me. i wish the community the best and thank you to bungie for making this game :) <3

1 답변The fact that you were compelled to tell a bunch of strangers about it suggests there is more to it than that. As someone that has deleted all my characters and inventory several times because I was gaming my life away, my guess is that you probably will come back. And there is no shame in having a difficult time walking away. Most gamers have at least a low level addiction to gaming. Once your brain is stimulated in this way it is very difficult to stop. I have reduced my playing time a ton and only have one character now. But I still play.

4 답변To all the degenerates here who have left nasty comments about someone mainly writing a goodbye for Bungie and thanking them for the fun game they have made really should go touch grass. If this is the most productive thing you can do in your life you may wanna just hang up your phone in general 🤷🏻♂️ It’s not like the kid bashed you imbeciles or the game, at least be thankful someone thinks this community is good

Good luck in your future endeavors my friend! And as someone else said, don’t be afraid to come back if you feel the urge to. There is nothing wrong with taking a break from a game you like. I’ve done it many times and it has helped me enjoy them even more.

I myself just got back into it after a long hiatus. Last time I played was when forsaken just dropped. Now having seen all the stuff that's been added to the game I've been reinvigorated for now to play again and I'm thoroughly enjoying it
