So why does bungie hate GM grinding?
Between taking away the option to grind whatever strike we wanted
To increasing the lake of shadows boss health 2 times in 2 weeks like what the hell?
If I'm going for an adept hothead with feild prep and explosive light and keep getting one with ensemble and thresh.
Like it's bad enough you have -blam!- perks that arnt worth keeping but when you get the same damn roll over and over OF COURSE IM GONNA GRIND FOR THE ONE I WOULD LIKE TO GET!
I honestly hope weapon crafting fixes this issue. If it does great I will go and slaughter a million hive to guarantee a God roll.

I just got 3 ascendant shards, both adept nightfall weapons, AND an exotic for a single run last week during double nightfall rewards. And that was in lake of shadows. The boss is still easy to melt if you know what you’re doing. It just isn’t as easy as before.

In fact, they’re still trying to. You still see bad players begging for Lake of Shadows in LFG, because those easy strikes are typically the only ones they can actually complete. If Bungie wants to bring the easy GM’s in line with the other strikes, the Lake of Shadows boss needs an immune phase at 50% health. Damage can resume once all other enemies have been defeated.

Or ability and you’ll be able to hang. Or cry on forums like a -blam!- and see what that gets you.

3 답변If Bungie follows their normal course of making things worse and way more convoluted then things need to be, weapon crafting will be a hot mess and somehow have monetization tied to it.

10 답변Oh, they want you to grind. They probably don't want you to have fun doing it. Hamster Wheel run is never fun. Somebody told me once, hamsters love running the wheel, that's why they run. The thing is, gamers aren't hamsters, but they both run just as much. It's a running game! 😂😂😂 Run guardians, RUN!!!

5 답변I get what you're saying, but completing a grandmaster that gives good endgame loot in 7 minutes on lake isn't balanced. As for the option to grind whatever strike, Play the game on the week yours is up. Hothead lake was a couple weeks ago you could've grinded all week for a god roll (like I did lol). It's not about bungie hating GM farming, its about them wanting you to use the system they implemented having weekly rotations and loot for GMS. You can argue about the lake thing all you want but it had to be nerfed.

You can still grind....not only that but now your 1st run is guaranteed a drop But the ability to choose the easiest GM to farm was too much exploited so they removed it You can still grind ....just not always the easy strike

104 답변They want you playing the entire playlist. Not just farming the easiest strike over and over again. What they are missing, though...is the fact that they keep having to fight the ability of people to do this, means that most people don't enjoy engaging with GM level content.

1 답변Dmg and bungies are going to force the way THEY want you to play look around this games a dumpster fire they fixed trials but just had to keep tweaking it not you cant choose GMs why? Your time will be spend doing what THEY WANT . I bet noone did GMs last week. Now they "fixed" Lake of shadows cant skip blights ? Maybe we skip them to get get the nightmare you call fun over with. It’s a good half way point. “Unworthy” players don’t get a free pass to Adepts when Strikes such as Arms Dealer, Inverted Spire, Lake of Shadows are available for the season. The only window opportunity is weekly rotations. Worthy players will have to slog through Glassway, Proving Grounds et al before they can pick and choose their farming strategy.
