XBOX Not recognizing Beyond Light DLC

I have had Beyond Light since the preorder and it suddenly wont work on my xboxes. I have played through the campaign and gotten all of the things from it but now its says that I dont own it. Things I have tried: restarting console reseting console uninstalling and reinstalling destiny uninstalling, reseting the console, and reinstalling When I go directly to the game in the store.... before it said I owned it but now its asking me to buy it, ever since I uninstalled and reinstalled. I dont know what else to do. Is there a way that someone at bungie can help?

  • Hi there. If you were getting DLCs from an Xbox Game Pass subscription, they were removed from Game Pass as of December 8. If that is the case, you will need to purchase Beyond Light to get access to any of that content. If you had purchased Beyond Light separately and the transaction shows in your Xbox Store purchase history, please contact Xbox Support for help regaining your license. Microsoft has mistakenly revoked/cancelled a number of players' DLC purchases when they removed D2 from Game Pass and did not inform players.

  • Destiny 2 and its DLCs were recently removed from Xbox Game Pass. If you were accessing it through this service, then it's no longer available and you'll have to purchase it. If you did purchase it before and the console store now shows that you need to buy it again, you will need to reach out to Microsoft support to figure out why you no longer own the license for it.
