Don't take this wrong, but when I look at posts like this and many others that are constantly brought up. I wish Bungie would have the balls to make an official statement as to what they plan on doing if anything at all so the community is not left hanging and post like this can stop being a thing.
Seriously, think about this. Bungie removed Factions and hundreds of posts were posted for over 2 years. The problem was Bungie literally took 2 freaking years to give an official statement so players would stop asking. Is it really that hard to ( communicate ) with the community about certain things?

I did read it and they actually explained on the subreddit that they don't respond to posts asking for the same thing over and over, they usually add stuff like that to the "bungo plz" list, so its either probably not a high priority to them, or they are just too busy to code it in

So IMO they aren't as "transparent" as you think they are.
