Why does your purchase history show purchasing the Deluxe Edition on Nov 11th and then shows purchasing it again on Dec 10th? Did you refund the November purchase? Your Steam account shows some play time in Destiny 2 that corresponds to around the time you purchased the first Deluxe Edition which means cross save wasn't on at that time. If you purchased the Deluxe Edition, logged into Steam prior to enabling cross save then the included season passes would have been assigned to your D2 Steam progress. You now have cross save enabled with PSN and made a second purchase after cross save was enabled. Unfortunately that won't unlock additional season passes. Season passes included in DLC packs can only be unlocked once per platform account and you've already used your one unlock on Steam and assigned those unlocks to your D2 Steam game progress. So if you wish to unlock season passes on your PSN D2 game progress you will need to purchase the Deluxe Edition on Playstation, log in to your account on a PS4/PS5 to assign the SP's, then come back to D2 on Steam under your current cross save set up and you will have access to the previous seasons.

I purchased it twice cause Destiny told me too! When I clicked “learn more” on the season that was missing it made me buy the deluxe edition upgrade. So I did! But it didn’t unlock. Cross save got activated on 10th of November. I had all previous dlc on PSN as well. So I purchased all dlc on steam to match. But I actually fixed my issue. I logged into my psn account loaded up Destiny, it showed all dlc and season pass content then Loaded up my steam account and everything was unlocked. Something is Bungies back end isn’t setup correctly but hey it’s working.
