Overshields prevent swords from negating knockback effects
Overshields from any source (ex: Well of Radiance, Ward of Dawn, Defensive Strike, Icefall Mantle, etc.) will prevent sword blocks from negating knockbacks as they normally do (ex: Taken Phalanx melee, boss melee/stomp, Taken geysers from walls, etc.). It's very annoying in the new 6-man Dares of Eternity as players get knocked out of Ward or Well and die from being sent flying into a wall or out of the safe zones created by these supers, and it makes Nightfalls with knockback modifiers more difficult to deal with.
This was first tested in Proving Grounds with Icefall Mantle against Unstoppable Champions and experienced again in Dares of Eternity. Blocking without an overshield active negated the knockback, and blocking with Icefall Mantle's overshield active did not negate the knockback.
