Pinnacle gear not dropping higher then my base gear level
I have one main warlock and I just created a secondary warlock and then put all my good stuff from my main to my secondary, did a couple quests and completed all of my milestones and went to try and get some extra pinnacle gear but they are dropping at 1320 when my base gear level is 1323 with all my stuff at 1323 except my kinetic gun at 1322. Need to know why this is happening please.
