Since Tracing the Stars has been out, I haven't been able to finish the first part. The last two objectives won't show up for me on the Dreaming City and I don't know what to do. I have abandoned the quest multiple times now to pick it back up and I'm still stuck. It would be nice to get the Agers Scepter but at this point, I don't if I ever will. I am on Xbox and any info to fix this would be very helpful.
