You’ve effectively nerfed the crap out of it and then nerfed it again. Handheld supernova was one of the only things carrying the subclass, but nope, warlocks can’t have anything good. You even increased the time for the super to regenerate. nice.

3 답변Yup, the super loses against almost every super in the game, because you have to release two explosions to get one kill. They need to remove the charge time, since it’s the only super that requires that BS.

2 답변The fact they’re making a sticky nade meta again - yet needing another one in the same patch makes you wonder what their plays testers are doing. Super charge time nerfed, HHSn nerfed, dark matter nerfed. Doesn’t seem great. It was one of the only reactive counters to shot gun rushes while sniping. I don’t see how pushing an enemy back is going to result in to many wins while they can still kill you while in the animation for pushing them back. Seems like this is a go slow update if I’ve ever seen one.

1 답변작성자: DHawk12 11/19/2021 7:09:32 AMI never stopped using nova warp and i never used supernova. I will continue to use it until the day bungie nerfs astroctye blink (which i doubt will ever happen). Nova warp with astroctye blink with 90+ mobility is one of the best supers in the game, but probably the worst super other than tether without blink.

I don't know who told you this lie, but I almost exclusively use it and don't plan on stopping. If you seriously thought that hhsn was all that was good about Nova warp....yeah you've got some things improving to do with it....

3 답변Just because you used hand held super nova as a crutch for that tree doesn’t mean everyone does. The super is in a good place, the melee is good, and with the extended end of the warlocks melee removed handheld super nova can still be followed up by a quick melee to get a kill.

1 답변Yeah thats definitely going to kill the class. The fact it takes a whole 1.5 seconds to charge on top of the self damage and the inability to one shot, hand helds are going to be hot garbage. Bungie thinking an increase in range is going to actually make us happy makes me realize how out of touch they are with their own game. The only way hand helds could work would be removing the self damage and reducing the time it takes to charge up the ability to pre nerf where it was almost instantly. If bungie doesn’t do that, this ability doesn’t stand a chance.

1 답변Void 3.0 is coming up soon and they literally said the changes now are to prepare for void 3.0. Your worry is unwarranted.
-
2 답변You do realise that pushing enemies away means you can yeet them off maps or into walls for a kill right.

I feel like they should reduce the charge-up time of HHSN with this change if they want it to be effective at pushing shotgunners away without the Warlock getting killed in the process (getting capped in the dome upon knocking enemies away). I also think they should remove the self-damage entirely. I can get behind the changes just because I like the idea of tossing people like rag dolls (I’m hoping for big hoops and not shrimps -blam!- ones), but with its slow -blam!- windup and the possibility of almost killing yourself when you use it, the cons seek to outweigh the pros. We will have to see how it functions first though, for all we know it could end up being great. :)

3 답변In a vacuum it might look bad, but literally no idea how it'll play out in the new Sandbox with all the other changes. Especially considering that they said they didn't even talk about every coming change

C'mon , with all the aspects, fragments and bells and whistles void 3.0 will have? Bungie wants everyone playing void. I don't like the twab but this happens every expansion. Bungie slows us down to stretch out the limited content. Sprinkle w/generouse time-gatimg... and you got the Bungie recipe.
