I have not missed a single run of vog since launch and yet to see the hunter cloak are the drop rates bugged or am I just very unlucky? This also includes doing the all conflux challenges and putting around 1000 spoiles into the cache at the end to try and rng for it. seems like the drops were fine untill they changed master to only include armor with stats from the encounters. Also is it possible to get missing items through spoils or should I save them for other things?
