Exactly what the title says, I redeemed a bunch of items via code and they're in my redemption history but nowhere to be found in-game. They aren't in the post office, they aren't in my collections, they simply just did not get added to my account. What should I do? Edit: Forgot to mention that I've restarted the game and my computer twice each, to no avail.
