I actually like,
But would the explosive damage be lower in the crucible? Or not?
How would the white hole perk work in the crucible? And would the white hole perk take all of your shots when you fire?
Over all a few things to think about, but a cool concept
Since this is basically a combination of explosive and timed payloads with a higher blast radius (when you get kills) it would not have less damage. The damage breakdown as I imagine it would be 25% with the first (top shot, shot 1?) and 25% from that bullet's explosive, then the same thing for the other one, but with the explosion delayed. So a total of 50% bullet damage and 50% explosive damage.
It should feel like getting shot from a reverse Graviton Lance, with the majority of the damage and flinch from the initial shot, and a small bit moments later.
The blast radius of the explosions eventually reaches the dragonfly radius, so it would be pretty good against teams that like to huddle up. It would deal up to the 50% explosive damage to them, but only if they are within the maximum damage range. In terms of visuals, imagine the particle effects of Le Monarch with every blast, but without the poisoning visual effect.
I would like White Hole to shoot a single bullet, though it really doesn't matter. The point was to lean into it's explosive power by giving it unstoppable rounds so it is a purely PvE focused catalyst.
Thanks for your interest and thought provoking questions!
Yeah I was just wondering because it might have been to op in PvP. I was wondering because if it had both timed and explosive payload it could be the same damage as the Norma perks but that might make it to op.
And yeah I love helping players out with new ideas. Speaking of which I should go finish my Titan raid idea
