Since Destiny 1, invisible players and NPC's have blinked on the radar. Nothing has changed.

Did some studying on the subject and I admit I was wrong. I remember NPC's blinking on the radar when they're invisible, so I guess I thought the same rules applied to PvP as well. Turns out the rules are completely different for players. If going invisible doesn't take the player out of radar then I guess it's glitched.

All good, dude. It’s just frustrating because the grenades and super are already so ridiculously underwhelming (in PvP) on that class that being able to hide from radar is honestly the only real advantage it has over just about every other class on any character. Tether takes an eternity to actually grab someone, you get no armor buff so you’re usually dead by the time your feet hit the ground, and it (as well as a grenade that’s literally called “vortex”) can’t even pull people to the center of it like Lorentz Driver or the old dusk field grenades, so they just jump right out half the time. Invis is the only advantageous thing about the class.

Yeah the super really needs to activate way faster and shut down roaming supers instantly. Also a bigger hitbox would be great to have along side some increased tracking for the arrow. It's just not good in PvP which is why I never bothered to even try maining it.
