Only got an Arms Armor Mod from opening Exotic Engram from Post Box.
I had an Exotic Engram in my post box. I opened it and was rewarded with Hand Cannon Dexterity Arms Armor Mod.
I'm relatively new to the game, but I was under the impression that every Exotic Engram should give some Exotic item.
Kinda wondering, if it's gonna be safe for me to open more Exotic Engrams or if there's some bug and I should save other Exotic Engrams for later after it has been fixed.
Also is the potential Exotic that I assume I should've gotten forever lost or is there some sort of game master system where missing items can be restored by them?
PS. I tried to find a way to make a ticket in game and on forums, but I only found Japanese and Korean supports for in game issues from the website. Is there some way to reach out to Player Support team?

4 답변When your inventory is full items will go to your Postmaster. There is a visual glitch where some of those items show as exotic engrams which includes Mods. So if a Mod dropped and you had no space in your Mod inventory it would go to your Postmaster and appear as an exotic engram. So you didn't lose out on an exotic, you got what was sitting in your Postmaster, it was just visually glitched to show up as an exotic engram. You can avoid this in the future by keeping your consumables and modifications inventory cleaned up so new items have a place to drop and not go to the Postmaster.
