I just reset my rank in trials without a thought until I friend of mine pointed out that he couldn't claim a rank reward. Then I realize that I only got the ascendant shard. So I played a bit more and got to rank 4, and indeed I can't claim the rank 4 reward. Anyone now a fix for this? Are my previous rewards before the reset lost forever?  My friend plays in PC and I play in PS4.
