I will say this there is a 50/50 for what Bungie can do. 1. First Bungie should know how to make players have unlimited combination towards loadout, abilities, and chooses to make this game what it is suppose to be. (They should know how a MMO game can work with PvE/PvP game modes) 2. Even with this whole Meta Gaming its actually ruining the flow in the game. I shouldn't have to use Meta (Its also a choose you can do, and still do good with) but sometimes there really isn't a choose for a player to make. There will be players who will continue to use Meta since it does so well in a game that even KD/Wins really don't matter. This also creates people thinking they are better than anyone else in that regard even think its important to have high KD/Wins. I haven't seen one twitch or youtuber record gameplay of them going to a tournament nor have I seen streams up for that too because its not Bungie who host them its the Twitch/Youtube creators who do. 3. If this game was to bring balance again with Skill Base this could help players understand the game, get better, and make better choices for other fights that will get harder for them. Plus there is no such thing as perfect balance but I believe there needs to be a way for Bungie to find out what is good, and what is unbalance. Maybe even have people or creator who have worked on MMO games to help them understand that certain things are to unbalance, and what needs tweaking. (Example the Stasis Hunter Super its way to good to even be a Super for PvE, and PvP < Its really broken even after nerf) 4. Last is trying to make sure all connections needs to be peer to peer correctly since people love using VPN's I feel like it would take hours for Bungie to find out how to fix that issue to those who want to play certain servers (That includes AI control on different regions). For a huge example look at Trials players they hate flawless matchmaking which I can understand their beef why but really if you don't like that there are other game modes similar hell even maybe better than Trials itself the only draw back is that you wont be able to farm the weapons you want in trials but really is that a bad thing? Weapons are weapons with the right weapon for the right player that's how it should be for games. With all these idea pretty sure Bungie can fix most of their game. Will it bring back the player base that was suppose to be huge? Maybe but that's really up to them to do it. Do you guys think Bungie will be able to do that if they are willing to? Let me know.
