Each season they give us some kind of seasonal mission and force us to complete it a billion times just to progress through the seasonal story, it's the same formula every season, and replaying these missions gets boring and mind-numbing really quickly, add on top of that the artifact XP system and the tedius bounty farming to raise your light level makes the game very stale and boring. And it's not that I don't like farming/grinding or anything, it's just that farming XP is the absolute most brain dead tedius -blam!- thing to do in this game holy -blam!-, I'll gladly farm raids for 30 light levels every season over grinding XP to raise my light level any -blam!- day.
Another thing I want to talk about is how Bungie sees weapons that are lacking in performance, they'll just issue an artifact mod that makes these weapons viable to use, but that's temporary, cause when the season ends, the seasonal mods go with it, and the weapons go back to being underpowered once more, like, why not just buff the weapons directly?!?
Furthermore, the champion system is very restricting and pointless, LET ME PLAY WITH WHATEVER I WANT GODDAMMIT, NO! I don't like changing my weapons every season, just remove champions from the game or rework them, heck, remove artifacts completely, that'll fix pretty much everything.

This season, although I’ve been enjoying the story aspects and exploring the beacon areas, I’m finding myself generally only dipping in at weekly changeover to get pinnacles and do the “story” mission. Not with any real sort of impetus, more a sense of duty. And I have a LOT of hours invested in D1 and D2 Have spent most of the last few weeks insteadreplaying Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4, both of which have been terrific fun.

The champion system combined with Match Game in end game strikes and Hunts just feels awful. It feels like I'm playing a completely different game and nothing else other than the mods I have to use to stop overloads from flailing about matters. It just isn't fun and the fact that the mods and champion behavior are never consistent makes it worse. It literally feels like Bungie tried to copy Diablo genres Elite Pack Champions and executed it far worse.

I hate just standing like a idiot getting a lecture or listen to other piss and moan. The Queen, Crow, Petra, Glint have all lost the luster I once felt for them. And Savathun showing Crow what Aldren had done with all that happen up till his death, was most anticlimactic, "And You!" that's it oh yeah "i need sometime alone tell the Queen whatever" believe me I would if we still talked.

I just am talking a break rn outside of running gms starting next week. It's no sin to want to take a break from a game and do somthing else you know. The world is not going to end. We have a 6 month long season, its natural.

10 답변the game is a chore, destiny 1 felt like a game i could play throw some music on hop in a story mission or prison of elders round and sit back and relax. i don’t enjoy grinding the same thing over and over it ruins the entire mood and i can never play for extended periods of time anymore. i can’t tell exactly why destiny felt much better in 2014 but destiny 1 to this day feels timeless and destiny 2 feels like it needs weekly updates just to remain relevant

Yes, I was tired at beyond light. After I completed the campaign on my Titan I was done. There was no way I was going to repeat that boring campaign two more times. Plus, no new crucible maps, broken matchmaking/balance, P2P, and the lame seasonal model/reset which requires you to run the same tired content over and over and over. No thanks. The creativity/talent has left Bungie studios.

Only a few weeks in n im tired already too. Last season wasnt as bad but this time around it sux. I also dislike the speicific weapon for each season, y cant we just use what ever we like, instead make one weapon powerful y not make a mod to make every weapon usable? I did every single activity last season found some end games activities hard but doable, this season fk me.... i blew my weakends on a master raid that cant be done, no matter which group i play with. Farm somethings for days rng sucks bigger than ever. Just repetive after repetive grinding... sick of using weapons i dont wanna use but have to. I can go on n on.... Just tired of this sht. Moving on soon

destiny is overall a good game and depending how you play it and who you play with it can be great or not. season activities, weapons, armors, perks, etc. are a hit or miss. getting tired myself. must be franchise fatigue. of course taking a break is an option, but also because destiny have no or not much contenders in the looter shooter dept so they don't have much sense of urgency to stay on top. i've played division 2, anthem, and outriders and enjoyed them. they were all fun/unique in their own way. anthem went under(but still play it because of the flying and combat), outriders is not live service(still fun for me so still playing it as well), and i kinda forgot why i stopped division 2. so usually take a season off or so and come back later.

1 답변Yeah, I'm burnt out as well. It doesn't help that I can't stand the shadow realm. Also anyone else getting glitchy players in PvP? I played 3 matches in I.B and ran into a warlock and a Hunter that kept glitching from one side of the room to to the other side or right behind me. Seriously I was chasing one of them, he was right in front of me then he disappeared and shot me in the back.

I just think this seasons RNG is atrocious, it’s so unrewarding. That I can do a master or legendary lost sector kill everything moving and get an enhancement core or nothing at all. And then if you get an exotic it’s not the one you want from that specific lost sector. Yeah I know it’s an exotic your not supposed to get something every time but don’t put it’s a common drop if solo, you do it solo and then you’re not rewarded for the solo. The drop rates also are horrifically terrible as well. Some triple A studios listen to the feedback and then there’s bungie….

That way you had way more to do, and when the well ran dry - you just played other games until the next content drop, and it was more than fine. Bungie seems obsessed with keeping players playing at all times right now, which is a shame - because this dripfeed content is draining many of their players, slowly but surely. Now, I have to disagree with your outlook on the artifact and the champions. This system is rather nice imo. Switching up the metas, and also making you try out different builds is something I look forward to every new season. Champions make PvE more than just "lol, destroy red/yellow-bars with recluse" (yes I know recluse is sunset, but it's a perfect metaphor for that mindset), you actually have to co-operate with your fireteam and design loadouts that complement each other - especially in higher tier content. I know it's frustrating to not be able to use your favorite guns, but 1) nothing is stoping you in lower tier content - most champions there can be eliminated very quickly, and 2) in higher end content, you really should use that mindset at all. In a legend (or higher) NF, you need to be optimal, most of the time anyway. And raids usually prefer the best DPS weapons (which changes ever so often). Would they remove champions or the artifact, the game would become incredibly stale once more.
