Hello, I just purchased the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition in hopes of getting back into the game. I boot the game and get the Cross Save pop-up which I skip past, because I have previously returned to the game just to look at my old characters. Now that I've installed the new game, all my characters are gone... And I was forced to make a new one from scratch... I've played the game for a few years previously and I had 2 max characters with alot of items and stuff I remember grinding for... Is it at all possible to restore any of this? I have not intentionally deleted any of my characters at any point and I am completely stumped on what I should do... I played the game on Battle.net and when the transfer to Steam happened, my characters migrated with no issues... Now that I boot the game back up again with the new update it's gone? If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!
