Is any other Guardian having an issue with being able to receive Exotic Cypher(s)? My Hunter used to have one, but I had ended up resetting the character, not realizing my Hunter still had an Exotic Cypher in their inventory. After the reset I had realized that none of my characters were able to receive an Exotic Cypher from Xur. Been about a month, since the problem arose. Assuming it would fix itself, I never got around to contacting anyone for help, until today. Help would he greatly appreciated, thank you in advance Guardians.
