Not getting emails from Bungie
Hi there, I have not been receiving the email that Bungie sends out in regards to surveys, updates, and any other information that is sent out through email. I used to get these and my setting on Bungie.net allow it, but I haven't been receiving the email for months. The emails are not being sent to my spam and I haven't blocked them on my email so I am not sure what to do about it. I should note that I get emails for things like Bungie rewards, and Bungie Store updates but nothing in regards to surveys, updates, etc that other players are getting.

9 답변Hi there. Surveys are sent out to a random assortment of people and not to all players. Please go to your [b]Settings[/b] page on Bungie.net and click on [b]Email and SMS[/b]. Verify that your email is entered correctly and you have the boxes for the types of communications you want to receive checked. If you're aware of an announcement that went out to all players but don't see it, double-check your Spam/Junk folder. You can also add [b]bungie@info.bungie.net[/b] to your contacts to prevent such emails from being considered spam. Note that some email hosts have issues receiving emails from Bungie and you may need to use a different email. Accounts like Gmail and Yahoo should work.
