I don't know where else to put this bc I've already messaged customer service on the 6th regarding it but they have not messaged me yet. I can't track the order bc it says that its transferring from existing systems and it has said that for weeks. ive gotten order updates dating back to july 29. and i have the bank statemets with the money for the jacket taken out. can i get someone at bugie to give me a response?
