Previous Season Rewards, Beyond Light Deluxe
Hello I am trying to reclaim rewards from the previous season since I bought the deluxe edition of beyond light but I am unable to retrieve the rewards on my Steam account. It is only showing my old Xbox account that I no longer use which is why I am assuming the problem is because if don't own that edition on that platform. How can I rectify this to get the previous season's rewards?

Hi there. Because you have Cross Save active and chose Xbox as your active characters, only they can receive those rewards because you unlocked the ranks on their season passes. The rewards cannot be transferred or shared between multiple accounts.
