To the ignorant people lying about cross play
When you're opted in and playing the game, cross play matchmaking only occurs when a pc player plays with a fire team member on console, or vice versa, not when you play solo. So please stop saying its ruining pvp when its not, tired of seeing these lies being spread, its an eyesore.

2 답변So it's lying but not, so I've encountered more PS/Xbox users but let's do the details. Understand how the opt in changes the pool. But here's the fun part , the pool I get is *Xbox One (the whole family line of it) *Playstation (it's whole line) *Stadia (rip) Then I can match with PC if a pal joins from steam . Which as a console user, the skill gap between just console to PC is stupid , not to mention would be cheating, M/S an just cracked out set ups going up against just me an my PowerA controller lol 😅 So here's the thing , we're encountering absolutely toasty asf players from other systems , different styles an even just ways to play . So are there cheaters? Sure , maybe , but it's probably their fault for ducking in with PC users ha . I like CBMM , I like SBMM , I hate the fact that some folks think cheating is okay .

I can’t remember the last time I got beaten that badly. They aren’t lying, they just aren’t understanding why it’s happening Skill creep—the thing that kills Trials every time—-is running rampant, and so you’ve now dumped all the top players, streamers and sweat lords on console into one common pool. So you are even MORE likely to run into them. Because you now have this HUGE…non-representative…sample of players in the pool. IOW, the effect has been like Recoveries and carries in Trials. CBMM, if it continues like this, is going to destroy Crucible. Just like it did Trials.

And currently has a 12.0 kad in Iron banner. It wasn't fun. I didn't learn anything. We managed 7 kills I think. But I got my bounties done. Won't touch pvp until the next catalyst quest and pinnacle forces it.

Actually, even if a pc player is playing with all console friends. They are still matched in the pc pool. From my understanding there is no instance were a pc player is able to be placed in the console match making pool. The only time a pc player can play consoles is if a console player joins a pc players fireteam.

2 답변I have yet to run into any pc players in gambit or pvp. Just pve so far, I’ve only run freelance mode for IB so that’s probably why. Pc players have a keyboard icon, Xbox has a controller and ps has the ps symbol. I’m on ps5 btw.

25 답변Idk why people think pc has an advantage anymore. Back in like 2014 or so? Absolutely it did. Now? Nope... aim assist in all shooter games has gotten to the point where you don’t need to be good at aiming at all and you’ll look like one of the best players around. So anyone that says cross play makes pvp worse is ignorant to the fact that aim assist is as strong as it is. The platforms are about equal now, but pc takes more effort to be good if you use a mouse and keyboard.

4 답변I just completed every single ib bounty (for every character) in freelance ib and checked every match if there was any platform other than steam in my match. There wasn't. You console people are pathetic, I haven't seen a single bit of proof yet you keep complaining and calling everyone who speaks the truth a liar.

8 답변you will match with a pc player if you have crossplay matchmaking turned on. They dont need to be in your party.

Think of all the things Bungie has done before. There have been (and there still are) a lot of issues, yes ? Now consider the very real possibility that they’ve -blam!- up at least a little with crossplay. That as a result there’s a chance that the system is not working exactly like they said it should. That people on here are not actually lying, but are pointing out that the system is not working properly. -
1 답변As a PlayStation player meeting my Xbox cousins on the battlefield for the first time this season I must say they seem to be the sweatiest swamp butt having tryhards I ever come across lol. I can see their sweat beads running down their face !

6 답변With the small playerbase we currently have, crossplay is the only thing which is filling up the lobbies. I played few strikes yesterday and it took ages to match with players across psn and steam. 2 strikes I loaded in were solo or there was someone trying to solo it. Lobbies are full of cross platforms maybe because people are not there on your platform. Also, xplay is the industry future so I'm pretty sure we will be forced to suck it up and live with it for better or for worse just like everything else in this game.
