Can you launch Destiny 2? (Missing DLL file "api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll" issue)
Please Note: This pool was created in order to approximately estimate how many players are affected by the issue, and can not play the game since the beginning of the current season (~48 hours in the moment of writing).

5 답변fun fact: if you open the archive "destiny2.exe", not found "api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll". if you download that archive ".dll", now say "error (0xc000007b)". the last one error just say "destiny2.exe not found" if you run the game from Steam. all that happen to me using win7 and battleye installed.

Day 3 goes the problem is not solved, friends call me RAID!!!, ACTIVITY!!, I say sorry bungie while investigating this problem. I don't like ANYTHING that you reset the game by taking away the light in the game so that we have to win it again, but this time you have shown off if I don't play just PVP, why so much anti-cheat (Battle Eye) ? My PC goes well with W7 and with D2, apart from being expensive W10 lacks power to handle D2. Summing up BattleEye I don't think of W7 users, I can't play D2 now so I want my money € 140 or to leave D2 as it was until this new expansion. Thanks No me gusta NADA que reseteis el juego quitandonos la luz en el juego para que tengamos que ganarla otra vez, pero esta vez os habeis lucido si yo no juego apenas PVP para que tanto antitrampas (BattleEye)? Mi PC va bien con W7 y con D2, aparte de costar caro W10 le faltara potencia para manejar D2. Resumiendo BattleEye no penso en usuarios de W7 ya no puedo jugar D2 ahora por lo tanto quiero mi dinero 140€ o que dejen D2 como estaba hasta esta expansion nueva. Gracias

Some players on PC are unable to launch the game due to missing an unknown file. 3/14) I liked the word some in the forum there are a lot of people who have such a problem !!!!!!!!

Thanks for acknowledging us, I like many have been a long time player with the same issue on my main windows 7 PC/ as above, I installed an ran it on my win10/ work machine. It def does not have a great graphics card it ran, but I could not play in that state, just really appreciate that its being looked into hopefully resolved as we all want to jump into the new season :)

Almost 300 people cannot start the game, I suspect a lot of them. Day 4 without changes I can not play the game for I paid, I understand bungie they work with bugs in the game, but at least people PLAY !!!! in this game they run it with bugs you can PLAY !!! until bugs are fixed

6 답변[u][b]I FIXED THE DAMN THING AND FIX IS SO STUPID I CANT BELIEVE ITS REAL[/b][/u] 1. Find destiny2.exe in your steam folder (browse local files) 2. Right click and uncheck "Run as administrator" 3. Start destiny 2 4. Close the process tree of destiny2 in your task manager 5. Start the game and pray it works for you

5 답변what i have done to try to resolve the problem is to do this go to this pc/ program files 86/ steam/ steamapps/ common/ destiny when here just move the file to desktop (Do not delete!!) also move battle eye out of the destiny to desktop so it seperated from the destiny folder. then exit steam and restart it. go to library destiny it will say (install) or update it depends on steam either one is fine click update or install then move destiny folder back into common folder and steam will read that the game is installed so that wont reinstalled for time but steam should reconize any missing file and reinstall them as well replace any corrupt files with fresh new and it should work fine. i have done this many times

4 답변Excellent poll, though including the -64, and yes options for each (so we can see if there is indeed even a single person who claims to be able to run it on win7) would have been even better IMO.
