Please Enable Nightfall Matchmaking Up To Legend
As of right now, only Hero and Adept have matchmaking. Please allow solo players and people who play at different times then their friends still be able to experience some what of an end game. Leave Master and GM where it is. Past few seasons, LFG for Legend is weird, people only want master or gm. It would be a great QOL change for people.

Guided Games was such a missed opportunity Bungie could have easily incentivised it for the streamers to be guest Raid Sherpas Taking people through their 1st, 2nd & 3rd completions …showing them the correct way (not 6 Titans Thundercrashing, or Riven cheese) to complete each section/different roles in the sections etc 3x completions - then let them move to assistant slots 2x Raid Sherpas, 2-3 Assistants & 1 New Guardian Communication & Time has to be guaranteed, no crisp munching/loud music/racism etc No grief, no rage, no sodium Could easily have been implemented for GMNF too Just streamline the fireteam needs & properly equipped load outs

The problem is that most NF it is near impossible to get over 100k on hero unless there is a mechanic that continually spawns adds or like that cabal strike where the final boss kills all those adds at the start of the fight and you can snipe them before he kills them and gets credit for the kills. They are basically forcing people to make groups just to get weekly pve engrams, which is a lot more than most are willing to deal with. I don't know what's up with this glassway one but I've ran it twice and got over 100k both times but its an outlier.

14 답변You know, it took Bungie 3 years just to add matchmaking, yet they caused the same issue with the nightfall in D2. They need to stop looking for ways around matchmaking becase things like GG were a waste of resources when they could have done the simple thing of adding optional matchmaking to most activities, not all, but this game should have that with most. They have been fighting matchmaking for years and it's time they give it up. They want a player base so they make the game "f2p" yet they limit the options for the solo players and they wonder why some don't stick around. Yeah yeah yeah, in comes the "LFG" that is far more toxic than this forum. Oh, there is the option to join a clan, but you don't open the game up for a variety of players these days and think limiting the player's options will keep players around. Even with the new light system, the player base to this game is nothing to brag about that the player base is no different than when the game was a full-priced game. That's not a good thing Bungie.

I feel like matchmaking would only work if I could configure the settings of who I want to join. Nothing crazy, but at least minimum LL, maybe a few completions of the previous difficulty and required to have mods for that nightfall. I think an option for it would be cool however people (mainly solo players) really need to understand this game isn’t your regular MMO-RPG and you should probably find a regular squad to play with. I couldn’t imagine not having a team to coordinate builds and strategies with

3 답변No. Legend NF are great for cleaning bounties up without having to compete with your team for kills and they’re absolutely piss to solo.

26 답변Full Co-Op matchmaking. Imagine a Co-Op Multiple Player game not having Matchmaking. Has to profit by segregation, (FOMO) split up into groups of exclusivity. All content in this game is learnable, that's why it's an MMO-RPG people just have to be patient for the Learning Curve to Catch up to no lifers

12 답변How about an opt in feature instead. That way everyone gets what they want. I’m solo and I use the nightfall legendary as a means to finish the vanguard bounties each week.

1 답변Only if they add solo mode to strikes or give us two options. Legend nightfall is the only place to grind bounties, without speed runners f-ing up your day.

Players would need to be required to have an appropriate Champion mod and/or weapon equipped, and the matchmaking would have to match players that cover all applicable Champion types together e.g. matching 3 players who only have Unstoppable would leave them unable to deal with Barriers or Overloads outside of brute force. Equipment is locked on Legend, which is good because it means that players wouldn't be able to equip a weapon so they can start matchmaking and then swap to anything else. As for LFG, Legend is only really useful for the 100k Pinnacle reward. The drop rates of the weapons aren't good enough to farm it and it doesn't give much in the way of upgrade materials and Exotics. Adept and Hero are for completions, Master and Grandmaster are for farming, Legend sits in an awkward spot in the middle where it doesn't really suit either purpose.
