I have purchased the Deluxe package this morning through the in-game option for $32 and when I load up Destiny 2, it prompts me to get it now again. I have already gone through playstation support chat and tried restoring licenses and restarting the system. Please advise me. I need help and nobody know what to do. Should I just sue someone?

2 답변Based on what you said, you purchased the wrong thing. The 30ish USD is the "Destiny 2: Beyond Light Deluxe Edition Upgrade", not the Beyond Light Deluxe edition. The upgrade simply grants the 4 Season Passes as well as the Deluxe bonuses for No Time to Explain, etc. The upgrade is intended for people that have already purchased Beyond Light and didn't want to purchase the Beyond Light Deluxe edition since they already owned it. The Beyond Light Deluxe edition was 70ish USD. Beyond Light itself is 40ish USD. You'll need to purchase Beyond Light (the actual expansion) if you want access to the Beyond Light content.

When you bought and installed the DLC, did you have cross-save on beforehand? This sounds dumb (because it is) but this really screwed me. The deluxe edition might have been sent to your main account (the one you set as your main) and your steam account (or whatever you're using now) could be the dormant one. This whole process is really annoying and their help and support really isn't all that great. This could not even be the solution but at least I am trying more than Bungie.
