Would be a neat idea, right? I mean, Zavala, Ikora, Osiris, Anna, The Stranger, Cayde-6 didn't wear helmets on the campaigns. So what's stopping us for having a toggle, a setting to show our faces in combat zones? Crucible (specially here), Gambit or Strikes.
I remember what you posted on Instagram Bungie and it was actually really cool: Guardians emoting on Titan and Nessus without their helmets.
Make this a reality please, many fashionable guardian will definetly appreciate it :)

5 답변Logically speaking, our Guardian has literally swathed through hordes of enemies, gunfire and any possible name for a sharp object swung their way. While we can just have armor and all rematerialized by our Ghost, you would be able to survive and keep fighting until your next rez so long as you had armor left to take the damage even if it got blown off or stripped away from gunfire, bit by bit. Perfect example: Cayde. As tough as an Exo’s body is, those Scorn still managed to throw him against that steel grate/panel hard enough that his face got smashed up. I don’t care where you’re from, that had got to hurt. That said, had he a visor or some sorta protector on to take the physical shock from that, since his horn wouldn’t provide much in a helm fitting, he probably would’ve fared better. It just makes sense that the Guardian would have a helm on in combat zones seeing how they’ve seen the most combat out of most and thus would use past experience to account for it all.

I mean yeah, obviously. I dont even really see how someone can say no to the option for those that want it. It's like, some people want cookies. One guy doesnt. Why should he impact whether or not everyone gets cookies when he can easily just say "no thank you but I hope you enjoy your cookie" and move on? It's an obvious thing they should do for those that want it. For those that dont, guess what? It wont effect you in the slightest. This being said I want more, I dunno, facial animations if we're gonna be able to have our helmets off lol cause rn I leave mine on because of the cold, dead eyes he has..

11 답변in crucible/PVP, it would provide an advantage by, ironically, masking an individual's otherwise immediately identifiable exotic ability, aka they can hide things like helm of saint 14 helmet to make bubble's surprise blind, or other useful tells like 1-eyed mask, worm-husk crown, etc.

3 답변작성자: Zapiro IV 7/16/2021 3:00:41 AMI don't see why not other than the common argument that "It's not realistic because of headshots." I feel like when Saint headbutted a Kell to death, that logic went out the window. Heck, we're wearing Adidas, jeans, PAPER MASKS on the battlefield now! Why not remove helmets?? Edit: And joggers!

1 답변Military doctrine dictates that helmets and other personal protective equipment not be removed in all combat zones for the sake of safety.

1 답변There’s so much Bungie could do to really make Destiny bad a$$. Bouncing of your suggestion, how about take it one step further and have animations showing our guardians removing the helmet and vice-versa.

2 답변Absolutely not, I feel utterly disgusted when I see a guardian with their helmet off, disgusting.
