Recovering my Clan name.
Hello,
I am the founder of a clan and community which has a main goal of promoting equality and diversity in this community.
My clan was suspended for a week due to something in the bio and I reached out and got some more information on why this was the case. I was informed by a ninja that I would not have to worry about the name of the clan as it will revert to full functionality once the clan is unbanned but now the name is unavailable for me. Another friend tried to keep the name while the clan was banned but the name was also unavailable across the board so I assumed it would just revert our name back.
How can I recover the name because its such an important element of my community.

6 답변Hello. I believe the time frame the clan name will be made available again is 3 months. So you’d need to wait 3 months to be able to use the clan name again. Remember that anyone can grab that name afterwards.

1 답변Hello. As Haraam mentioned, the lockout period of a Clan name is three months. It's not possible to circumvent this lockout period. Once the three months have expired you'll be able to use the name again. Additionally, there is no appeal process for clan bans. Once a ban has been applied it's not possible to remove the ban.

You made a post last week: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/259249493?sort=0&page=0 What was the name of this clan? it seems like you would want to get the name out there if it truly is "a clan and community which has a main goal of promoting equality and diversity in this community."

1 답변Hey there, I believe there is a time period before the name becomes useable again. I’ll look into this for you and get back if I can find more information.

2 답변You may have to spell it a little differently or use punctuation to make the name just a little different. For example, I was in a clan that split off from another clan and we used the same name but added exclamation marks.
