STILL can't create a clan, and I have 46 days on Destiny 2.
When Im ready to create a clan and press on create with everything filled up right, I get "your account doesn't meet the minimum Destiny progress or age to create a clan", AND I have done exactly what a moderator told me when I couldn't make one after playing for 14 days, "reach the tower and wait 30 days" which I have completed. Even did some strikes. Nothing. What do I do? I still can't create a clan up to now.

Hello. You need to complete the new light campaign, specifically the tower intro quest. I think it’s called Advent. You’ll know it’s the tower intro quest when you click on the blue node in the tower director labeled that. Don’t mistake it for the solstice quest located in the tower director as well.
