Anarchy nerf is necessary
I really don't see where people are coming from when they say the nerf is bad for the game.
It pretty much kills the need to use anything else in almost all endgame content. With and without breach and clear.
I'd be perfectly content to see it removed from the game, just so I could use other exotic weapons without actively handicapping myself. Nevermind a nerf that'll keep it viable in endgame content, just not completely dominant.

The problem is, what happens when Anarchy is nerfed? We go back to Xeno most likely. Then what happens when Xeno gets nerfed next cause its too good in too many situations, etc. Bungie nerf everything that's "too good for too long". Izanagi's Burden got hit, Whisper got hit, swords got hit. Bungie themselves push us to use things like Anarchy then they're forced into a nerf loop.

The second anarchy is nerfed ppl will run to the next best thing that was in line. So just use that lol. Anarchy only got the attention it did this season because of the mods we got. Now I'm not saying the gun isn't good, just no1 hardly ever mentioned it or recommended it till breach and clear came in play. So just use w.e you like and stop playing how everyone else plays

3 답변I say good. Nerf it all. It’s nerf or nothing. Next nerf witherhoard, jotunn, bastion, 1000 voices, xenophage, lament, eyes of tomorrow, DMT, chaperone, ward cliff, heir apparent, deathbringer, sleeper and leviathans breath. They all do too much damage. They are all too good.

1 답변I had a dude leave a GM because everyone wasn’t using anarchy, he tried to blame the fail on me, when he was playing like he was in a master nightfall. [spoiler]for reference I was using 1k, which actually does decent damage to champs when they are breech and cleared. [/spoiler]

9 답변Here’s why… because nerfing Anarchy does nothing to balance the game. Is anything that will replace it balanced ? Is Xeno balanced? Are overflow Vorpal launchers balanced? Are reconstruction MGS balanced? Is reconstruction balanced as a perk at all? It will simply shift the the meta to something else that is completely busted. Anarchy has been broken for over two years, why care now? And why wait until the most OP seasonal mod to ever hit the game is gone to nerf it? Nerfing anarchy in relation to creating balance is like sticking a sword in the sand and saying you killed it.

The problem with a nerf for Anarchy is that theirs not many good endgame exotics period, THE END. IF Bungie had an ounce of talent left they'd make better exotics, content, perks, etc. But they dont have any creativity left, Whether its from running out all the real talent or running out oof ideas the well is dry! Their has to be a D2 Gjallarhorn....That is Anarchy. Without atleast 1 GD god tier weapon in the game WTF is the point!?!? The real problem is the non-viability of other weapons in endgame activities. Ruining the best gun doesn't make the others any less shytty. I just ruins the best gun to force you to use lesser weapons bc Bungie dbags said so and lack the talent to put other things in game that make you want to use them over Anarchy. Yes, its great at lots of things.....Thats bc nothing else is versatile, and effective!

5 답변Again, D2 is a non competitive, completely casual looter shooter that focuses around PVE. Why is everyone so concerned about balance? Theres a reason players love anarchy. Its the only powerful and fun heavy weapon (mostly for solo players), thats left in the game. Why demand a nerf for something in this casual pve game that people love? Makes no sense. We do not break encounters with it, nor does something become cheesecake compared to other choices. People just enjoy the playstyle anarchy opens up. People like you do realize that Bungie has a tracking record of completely trashing weapons they announce to nerf right? They will most likely reduce reserves from 26 to 10, while nerfind damage by 75 % and making it so bolts don't stick to targets anymore. Sounds fun right? Thats what Bungie does to fan favorites. Keep my words in mind when this weapon becomes useless. Like everything else in the heavy slot. Nice that so many people like you want that...
