Use Cyphers for Armour Rerolling
Hey there!
So I was thinking, what's the use of Cyphers for someone who has all the exotics, right? Then meanwhile I was looking at my 48 stat poor Sunbracers and I was like, maybe we can use cyphers to reroll our already-owned armour! What do you think?
